Step 01 / 04
Add a company
Paste a careers URL or search by name. We work out which job board sits behind it and tell you straight away whether we can read it.
Board readable · 47 open roles found
Watching a careers page by hand means checking it forever and still missing the day it changes. Add the company once — we check it on a schedule and email you when a role actually matches.

The whole loop, playing out below — the same one that runs on your account every morning.

Step 02 / 04
Keywords, locations, and whether ANY or ALL of them must match. Plain filtering you can reason about — no black-box relevance score.
Keywords
Locations
Any one keyword is enough — switch to ALL when you want every term present.
Step 03 / 04
A baseline is taken from what is already open, then the board is re-checked on a schedule. The backlog never reaches your inbox.

How job board monitoring works
Set it up once. After that the only thing you do is read the email — and only on days there is something to read.
Start your 3-day trialSearch by name or paste a job board URL — we work out which ATS sits behind it and tell you immediately whether it can be read.
Greenhouse · Lever · Workday · SmartRecruiters · SuccessFactors
Keywords like “engineer” or “backend”. Locations like “Remote” or “Berlin”. Choose whether ANY filter or ALL of them must match.
ANY / ALL match modes
Everything already open is recorded silently first. From then on the board is re-checked on your plan’s schedule, and only changes count.
Daily, or every 12 hours on Business
A single digest with the title, location and a direct link to the company’s own application page. Never the backlog, never a re-post.
One digest, every company
What you get
We’re new, so this isn’t a highlight reel — it’s what the product actually does, and why each decision was made.
Baseline first
Adding a company records what’s already open before anything is sent. You hear about what changes next — not the 600 roles that were live before you arrived.
46 roles silently recorded at baseline
4 emailed
Connectors
Five shipped ATS adapters, plus automatic detection for career pages behind them.
Plus automatic detection for careers pages hosted on any of them.
Filtering
Keywords and locations you write yourself, matched with ANY or ALL. No relevance score to argue with.
One inbox
Daily, twice-daily or weekly — your schedule, not the job board’s. Each row links to the company’s own application page, never a scraped mirror.

Before you start
No. When you add a company we take a baseline from its current postings first, and only roles discovered after that point can reach you. The backlog is recorded silently and never emailed.
No. The 3-day trial begins the moment you sign up, with no payment method required. It covers up to 5 monitored companies checked daily — the full loop, just smaller.
Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SmartRecruiters and SAP SuccessFactors have dedicated, tested connectors. Career pages built on those platforms are detected automatically from the URL you paste.
You are told at the moment you add it, rather than being left to think something is being watched when it isn’t. No silent failures — an unsupported board is refused up front.
Daily on Trial and Individual, and as often as every 12 hours on Business. Each company is fetched once and shared across everyone tracking it, which is what keeps it fast and cheap to run.
They are kept, not deleted. Monitoring simply stops producing new alerts until you subscribe again, and picks up from exactly where it left off when you do.
Always. Every row in a digest points at the listing on the company’s own job board — no scraped mirrors, no re-posts, no middleman apply flow.
Your next role is posted once
Add the companies you care about once. We’ll tell you the day something opens.
