Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 3-day trial starts the moment you sign up — no payment method required. It's capped at 5 monitored companies with daily checks.
Will I be emailed about jobs that already existed?
No. When you add a company, we establish a baseline from its current postings first. You only hear about roles discovered after that point — never the backlog.
What happens to my monitors if I let the trial lapse?
Your monitors and their history are kept, not deleted. They simply stop producing new alerts until you subscribe — resubscribing picks up exactly where you left off.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from the billing page in your dashboard at any time. Switching adjusts your monitored-company limit and check frequency immediately, and the difference is prorated by Stripe.
What if a company’s career page isn’t supported?
You’ll be told clearly at the moment you add it, rather than silently monitoring nothing. We support Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SmartRecruiters, and SAP SuccessFactors directly, plus a growing set of career pages we can identify automatically.
Is there any usage-based billing?
None. The monthly price is the whole price — no per-alert charge, no per-company overage, no metered API. The only limit is how many companies your plan lets you monitor at once.
